$88 p/hour - pay as you go. 2hr minimum booking.
Night Package ~ 5 Hour Night Package

We are more then happy to stick to a budget that suits you
* FYI we usually do recommend a 7 hour session to lay down 1 or 2 songs. Then depending on budget, we usually recommend 2 to 10 hours of post production. It really depends on the type of sound you are after, so references and demos would help us to give you an honest idea on cost. A single could also mean 2 to 3 songs, as that is pretty typical when distributing on platforms like Apple Music, Spotify etc.
We can Master in-house or in our own time (at separate cost)
during the week or give you the pre-Master files to take to
another mastering engineer 🎶
Mixing a song or audio track we can mix in-house or during
our own time during the week and send audio file or give
back via USB or email. (Please note Mixing and Mastering is
an added cost)
Mastering
Mastering charges $110 p/song and usually will discount an EP or Album if there are shorter tracks involved. Best to send through your work and we can send you a quote.
Mixing (Editing)
If you want us to mix your song or a song that's recorded
elsewhere as well,

Terms and Conditions
General Studio Rules,
no smoking, illicit substances, over crowding with friends or people whom might tag along.
T&C
All prices include 10% GST Tax when invoiced from *The Motto Studio by the bay*. We require a 50% deposit to lock in date/dates. If you cancel within 48 hours, you might lose your deposit as we have a non cancellation policy. Your deposit may be refundable to you in total if you cancel outside of 2 weeks prior to your recording date.
The remainder is due upon completion of the original booked date.
All your audio and master backups shall remain the property of *The Motto Studio by the bay* until all invoices are paid in full by the client.
During your project, your files will be saved on a hard drive.
We do however recommend you bring in a portable hard
drive or a USB to backup your project. We can only
guarantee backups for up to 6 months after your project is
complete. We don't delete files, we just don't trust hard
drives :)
Ask us if you would like to request a backup hard drive to be added to your project quote.
